The John B & Winnie Harmsen Behrends Memorial Endowment Fund Scholarship, administrated by the Lutheran Scholarship of Logan County Committee is open to Logan County High School Seniors. This scholarship is chosen based upon extracurricular/community service involvement, financial need, and GPA. Applicants will need to give us two reference letters.  Higher awards are given for studies in ministry and/or nursing.
